Meet Meghan

I’m an American living in Switzerland, where the mountains are dramatic, the lakes shimmer like glass, and even an ordinary walk can feel cinematic. I’ve always been drawn to beauty, both in nature and and the kind you uncover within yourself.

At the heart of my work is a simple truth: everything you’re searching for already lives inside you. Beneath old conditioning and well-practiced patterns, there is wisdom. Creativity. A steady, self-trusting love waiting to be remembered.

My own biggest life pivot happened through hypnotherapy. I had spent years in talk therapy to deal with past traumas, damaging relationship patterns, and trying to figure out exactly who I was underneath all the noise and conditioning from society, family, and fear. Being guided to access my subconscious mind made all the difference. Finally, long-held triggers lost their grip. Habits, patterns, and beliefs that were no longer useful to me dissolved, sometimes instantly. And along the way, I fell in love with myself — deeply, honestly, and with reverence for my own humanity. That experience shaped the way I guide others.

Today, I blend hypnotherapy and coaching to help thoughtful, self-aware people untangle old beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner authority. The work goes deep and yet, stays light. Insight often arrives with a breath of expansion. Growth includes laughter. Even the most serious healing can be playful.

Clients often say they feel calm, safe, and deeply seen with me. One calls our sessions “Magic with Meghan.” I think the magic is what happens when someone reconnects with their inner wisdom and realizes it has been there all along. It's within all of us, waiting to be tapped.

Outside the session room, you’ll find me journaling, covered in paint, writing my next book, photographing anything I find delightful, or escaping into collaborative storytelling with friends. I believe in transformation. I also believe in silliness, indulging in what makes your heart sing, and taking your growth seriously while taking yourself lightly.

If you feel drawn here, trust that instinct and schedule a free discovery session.

What is HypnoCoaching?

Hypno-coaching is a gentle blend of subconscious healing and forward-focused coaching. We don’t just talk about patterns — we work with the deeper beliefs and emotional imprints that created them. Through guided hypnosis, we access the part of your mind where lasting change happens. Through coaching, we bring insight into practical, aligned action.

It’s a collaborative process that helps you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for it to unfold naturally — from the inside out.

How long are sessions?
Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Do I stay in control?

Sessions typically last about 60-90 minutes, giving us enough time to dive deep and work through your unique challenges.

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a gentle, natural state of focused awareness — similar to becoming absorbed in a book or that drifting space just before sleep. You remain conscious and in control the entire time.

Our work is always collaborative and paced with care. Your nervous system, emotional safety, and personal boundaries are respected throughout the process. If at any point something doesn’t feel right, you can pause, shift, or stop. The intention is never to overwhelm, but to create a steady, supportive space where healing can unfold safely and naturally.

That said, hypnotherapy may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • Active psychosis or certain unmanaged psychiatric conditions

  • Severe dissociation

  • Untreated epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Situations requiring immediate crisis intervention

If you are currently under psychiatric care or managing a complex mental health condition, I recommend consulting with your licensed provider before beginning. If you’re unsure, we can always have a conversation to determine whether this work is a supportive fit for you.

Yes — always. Hypnosis is not mind control, despite how it’s often portrayed in movies or stage shows. You remain aware, conscious, and fully in charge the entire time. You cannot be made to say, do, or believe anything that goes against your values. In fact, hypnotherapy works with your inner wisdom — not over it. It’s a collaborative process where you choose to relax and explore, and you can shift or stop at any point.

Hypnotherapy and coaching are especially supportive for thoughtful, self-aware people who are ready for meaningful change. If you struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, anxiety, old emotional patterns, or feeling disconnected from your voice or intuition, this work can help. It’s for those who sense there is more available to them — more peace, more confidence, more alignment — and are willing to gently explore the deeper roots of what’s been holding them back. You don’t need to be in crisis. You simply need a desire to grow and a willingness to look within.
